Meet Leah
I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Half of that time was as a mortgage banker, and this is still something I refer to as my “secret weapon” when I'm working with my clients. I’ve owned many rentals, at the height of my career I owned 8 different buildings, for a total of 24 doors. I’ve also flipped homes, bought homes at the foreclosure auction, and I’ve built homes from the ground up. Im a Puget Sound native, however I’ve lived or explored nearly every inch of Washington State. I spent my school years in Walla Walla, and that is where I learned the hardest working people on earth are farmers, and of course I also developed a love of wine!
After so many years in this profession, I have specific strategies that I have developed. If you want to sell your home for top dollar, there are certain things you must do. Period.
