This is a great DIY remodel that my friend and client Josh Smith did from 2020 to 2022. Rather than wait for rates to come down, or home prices to come down, Josh was smart and courageous, and he bought what he could afford. Then, he went to town and started fixing it up! He had friends and family help him, and when they didn’t know how to do something his Dad got on YouTube and figured it out! They hired professionals to do most of the plumbing and electrical.
