We can’t stress enough to call and check in with your escrow officer or agent to protect yourself from nefarious individuals. One of the most common tactics is for a fraudulent party to call you or email you and tell you that you need to send in the closing funds immediately. When in doubt, REACH OUT! Do not be a victim of wire fraud!
