Chris is one of our FAVORITE lenders!  Here’s why:

1.  Chris will work on evenings and weekends.  Granted, we do not want anyone to not have time off, or time with family. If Chris is going out of town, or going to occupied, he let’s us know, and he has someone to cover for him.  Working during evenings and weekends is often called for in this industry.  We may need Chris to call a listing agent on behalf of a buyer making an offer on that property.  This can be SO key to success!  Chris is dedicated to your success, and he will make every accommodation to work the same hours that we do—which can often be evenings and weekends.
2. CHRIS is your main and consistent point of contact.  Chris has great support staff to help him, but he is the main point of contact for our clients.  This is critical when handling the complexities of modern mortgage finance.  Chris’ personal care for your loan, its process, and its completion are carefully tended to by himself, and his team.
3. Chris has a background as a teacher, and it is this skill in particular that our clients enjoy.  He’s willing to slow down, and explain the concepts in layman’s terms.
4. Lastly, Chris owns his own branch so he can be very competitive on fees and rates.  We’ve been impressed with the speed the approvals are given, and the closing times are far above the industry standard of 30 days in most cases.

Chris has cherished all of our clients equally.  To the Techie buying a 2 million dollar mansion, to the first time buyer purchasing a manufactured home on land, he has given buyers across all spectrums the respect and consideration these types of transactions deserve.
