I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Half of that time was as a mortgage banker, and this is still something I refer to as my “secret weapon” when I'm working with my clients. I’ve owned many rentals, at the height of my career I owned 8 different buildings, for a total of 24 doors. I’ve also flipped homes, bought homes at the foreclosure auction, and I’ve built homes from the ground up.
Im a Puget Sound native, however I’ve lived or explored nearly every inch of Washington State. I spent my school years in Walla Walla, and that is where I learned the hardest working people on earth are farmers, and of course I also developed a love of wine!
After so many years in this profession, I have specific strategies that I have developed. If you want to sell your home for top dollar, there are certain things you must do. Period. And, if you’re trying to buy in this market, you have to be ready to compete and move quickly.
If you enjoy honesty, delivered frankly, and maybe with a dose of humor, then we’d probably get along! I’m happy to help answer questions, talk about specific neighborhoods and help you reach your real estate goals, whatever they may be!
